The Senator representing the people of Imo North Senatorial District, Distinguished Senator Patrick Ndubueze, FNSE, on Sunday joined the Executive Governor of Imo State, His Excellency, Distinguished Senator Dr. Hope Odidika Uzodimma, CON, for a solemn worship service at Holy Trinity Catholic Parish, Maitama, Abuja.
The church service, marked by prayers, thanksgiving, and reflection on the Word of God, provided an opportunity for both leaders to reaffirm their faith and commitment to the ideals of peace, unity, and selfless service to humanity.
Reflecting on the day’s homily, Senator Ndubueze and Governor Uzodimma emphasized the enduring truth that God’s Word never fails. They noted that while God’s promises remain constant and unfailing, their manifestation in the lives of believers depends largely on the openness, faith, and receptivity of the human heart.
Governor Uzodimma observed that the timeless message serves as a reminder of the need for individuals and communities to embrace peace, love, and unity as indispensable foundations for sustainable development and nation-building.
According to the Governor, nothing is impossible for God, stressing that Nigerians should continually place their trust in Him, remain obedient to His will, and seek His divine guidance in the collective pursuit of lasting peace, progress, and national greatness.
Senator Ndubueze echoed these sentiments, reaffirming his commitment to working with purposeful leadership anchored on faith, unity, and service to the people, while praying for God’s continued blessings upon Imo State and Nigeria.
