Pope Francis celebrates the Solemn Mass of the Resurrection of the Lord in Saint Peter’s Basilica. It will be his first Easter Mass without pilgrims.
To conclude the ceremony he delivers the Urbi et Orbi blessing to the City of Rome and to the world. It is only two weeks after he delivered the extraordinary blessing during the pandemic. This blessing is reserved for special occasions.
