Zenith bank PLC is currently trending on Twitter for all the wrong reasons.
The bank owned by Mr Jim Ovia has had internet failure since Friday last week. Customers have not been able to carry out transactions with the bank app due to network failure.
Zenith online banking was initially flutuating over the weekend. On Monday morning, cutomers thronged to the bank but were disappointed that the network failure also affected the banking halls of Zenith Bnak.
A visit by our correspondent to a Zenith bank branch in Abuja revealed that customers were infuriated by the bank’s inability to upgrade its banking facilities leaving millions of transactions hanging.
Staff of the bank were also seen appealing to customers to exercise patience.
