Withdraw false and defamatory videos against me or face N1billion defamation suit – Douglas Ogbankwa tells Sandra Palmer

Former Director of Strategic Communications of the African Bar Association, Douglas Ogbankwa Esq has demanded for an apology, retraction and the sum of 500 Million Naira from Sandra Palmer Agho, the Baby mama of his client, Kelvin Uyi Martins.

In a letter dated the 25th of November,2025 to her , the Lawyer ,Writer and Policy Analyst, threatened to sue her and her cohorts for one billion naira , if she does not comply within 21 Days of receiving the letter .

Douglas Ogbankwa Esq., who was a former Publicity Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association, Benin Branch stated that the false statements of Sandra Palmer Agho in her videos shared on Facebook,Tik Tok and other Social Media Platforms has caused his reputation huge damage for which he seeks a retraction , an apology and a monetary compensation.

The letter reads in part :

“That these your comments have made me to be viewed with odium and opprobrium in the eyes right thinking members of the public.
” That you know that the true state of affairs in this matter is that you assaulted me on the 7th of January, 2023 in front of the Area Commander Benin Metro-ACP (Retired) Angelo Akaro, The I.P.O.-David Igene and when you were called to report after being granted Bail, you ran to the AIG Zone 5,Benin City. ..”

This letter is coming on the heels of several videos made by Sandra Palmer Agho,where she made weighty allegations against Douglas Ogbankwa Esq and his client -Kelvin Uyi Martin , which they say are false .

The letter also stated that :

“That you even did a video, calling Our Client-Kelvin Uyi Martins a baby thief and you put My Picture as if I am the father of the child.11.That I have been greatly patient and I have maintained a studied silence on the matter but talking legally-Enough is Enough.You are hereby given 21 days within which to tender an Apology in all the Social Media Platforms And Newspapers where you defamed my Name and pay me a Compensation of the sum of 500,000,000.00K (Five Hundred Million Naira)Failure of which I shall proceed to a Court of competent Jurisdiction to sue for One Billion Naira, as you have deliberately and systematically tried to de-market my person as a Lawyer, working for your cohorts,some whom are my Colleagues.I tell you, the wheel of Justice moves slowly but surely, whether you are brought to justice or Justice is brought to you, Justice will be done, in this matter, every impunity has an expiry date.Be Guided!”

The letter stated
