The remains of Late singer Ifunanya Nwangene have been buried in her hometown in Nkanu East Local Government Area of Enugu state today, February 14..
Ms Nwangene was confirmed dead at the Federal Medical Centre (FMC), Abuja, after she was bitten by a snake at her home on January 31, 2026.
Ifunanya who was gaining popularity with her amazing voice, reportedly passed away after visiting two hospitals including the FMC . Her tragic death triggered an outpouring of shock, tributes, and condolences from fans and colleagues across social media platforms.
She was 26 years old. May her soul rest in peace, Amen.
