The Executive Council of Peace Ambassador Agency worldwide has specially recognized Distinguished Senator Uba Sani as it 2021 recipient of the award for Excellence in Leadership and National Development.
In a letter authored by the Council Chairman, Ambassador Kingsley Amafibe, the recognition was in the plethora of leadership roles and interventions Senator Uba Sani has had to fill or take on since his days as Senior Special Assistant to President Olusegun Obasanjo, former President of Nigeria.
Now a Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria representing Kaduna Central Senatorial District, the Senator has brought his constituents the greater good; all elements of representations from Human capital development to basic infrastructure and amenities to economic empowerments and so many programs that has drawn domestic and international commendation to the Distinguished Senator.
On the National scene, Senator Uba Sani is viewed as a unifier and lover of all persons irrespective of tribe, religion, strata or socio-economic realities; this was his basis for championing the Resource Control campaigns that finally gave 13% derivation to the states in Niger Delta despite been from the North.
This award adds to the numerous awards Distinguished Senator Uba Sani has received for his selfless and patriotic leadership interventions at local, state, national and international affairs within and outside the shores of Nigeria.
