A Bayelsa lawyer, Ebikebuna Augustine Aluzu, has called out a lady on Facebook for refusing to visit a man after she allegedly deceitfully obtaining N2500 transport fare from him.
The said transaction happened in October 2023.
Taking to his Facebook page on Saturday, March 16, 2024, Aluzu wrote;
“Offence:- obtained money from an innocent man under false pretence to waybill herself to him from Oloibiri community in Ogbia local government area to catch fun with an innocent man, but immediately he sent her an astonishing sum of N2,500 for transport, she started playing him, deceiving him, telling him stories and lies and she never showed up. She didn’t even deem it fit to call him.
“She just ate his N2,500 for nothing. No service was rendered for the money sent.
“Let us call her and show our displeasure at how she treats her customers. We can’t have bad eggs like these to spoil this business for the good ones.
As innocent men, we are not asking for too much. Politely refund the transport money with POS charges since you didn’t make it to him or waybill yourself for the purpose the money was sent.
