The Peoples Democratic Party House of Representative candidate for Ajeromi Ifelodun Constituency in the just concluded elections, Hon Francis Barthlomew Chima, aka OmoBarca has yet again demostrated his love for the Muslim community.
He has established food points for the Muslim faithful in Ajegunle to break their Ramadan fast.
This is contained in a statement released by his media aide, Mr Obinna Francis Solace. From now till the end of Ramdan fast, Muslims who live within Ajeromi Ifelodun Constituency can now break their fast free of charge courtesy of OmoBarca.
The statement read:
It’s Day-4 of the Ramadan fasting and Muslims in Ajeromi Ifelodun LGA are not alone as Hon. Francis Barthlomew Chima aka OmoBarca has opened two major food points for Muslims to eat well prepared meals as they break their fast daily.
Recall that Hon. Francis Barthlomew Chima aka OmoBarca has been carrying out this divine mission well for 12 years now and this year is no different as Cows and several bags of rice are prepared by professional caterers and served at the break of fast without discrimination to all interested individuals irrespective of political party affiliation, tribe or religion.
The people of Ajeromi Ifelodun are indeed proud of their son and friend Hon. Francis Barthlomew Chima aka OmoBarca. Many had concluded that he would not be participating in this years Ramadan Breakfast because of the outcome of the just concluded federal elections but OmoBarca has this to say to them.; “I have been doing this for many years now, in fact it’s more like a life style thing for me as assigned to me by God who provides for me and you. This gesture has got nothing to do with my recent political sojourn. As long as God lives this assignment will live. There is even more that I am doing in this period even beyond Ajeromi Ifelodun LGA only by the special grace of God and I don’t need to brag about it. It is my prayer that this will be a lifetime commitment and hopefully to be able to cover a wider spectrum in future”.
