The #EndSARS anniverssary was successfully marked in Abuja despite interruptions by security agencies.
As early as 8 am protesters had gathered at the popular Unity Fountain bearing placards with various anti-government inscriptions.
They were addressed by activist Omoyele Sowore and others before they proceeded to march towards the National Assembly but was rebuffed by the police.
