Popular Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola, widely known as Portable, has met with the presidential candidate of the Labour Party in the 2023 election, Peter Obi.
According to a viral video seen on social media on Sunday, Obi and Portable met briefly at the airport in Benin City, the Edo State capital, where the two exchanged pleasantries.
Speaking in a video after the meeting with the former Governor of Anambra State, Portable expressed disappointment that Obi did not give him anything.
The controversial singer added that President Bola Tinubu would have given him money if it were to be him he met.
Portable said, “Obi cannot give us anything. Obi didn’t give us anything. If it was Tinubu we met, he would have given us something. Let’s go.”
