One Mr. Samuel Otigba caused a stir on Twitter as he advertised a vacancy for a managerial position for his food business . Here is what he wrote and the reactions that followed;

This feels improper to me. I mean the stealing part. It does not seem right to tell a potential employee this.

Not nice to read this from a potential employer. Absolutely disgusting!

Thieves will hate this proposal, and genuine people will grab it and proof themselves righteous. I love you guts.

This is absolutely disgusting. Regardless of what you’ve been through with former employees, calling a potential employee a thief is both unprofessional and distasteful. I won’t advise anyone to work for/with you.

I like the fact that this is a reality. My friend told me that you can’t totally rule out theft by your managers. They will steal!
