A four storey building under construction has collapsed inside the Dennis Memorial Grammar School (DMGS) Onitsha, Anambra State.
The building which overlooks the DMGS roundabout and Awka Road, was nearing completion and already roofed before it collapsed on Tuesday night, June 11, 2024.
At the time of filing this report, many people were seen viewing the wreckage of the building while the school authorities reportedly prevented anyone from going into the compound.
Emergency responders are currently at the scene.
The cause of the collapse was unknown.
