Convener of Indigenous People of Nigeria, Mazi Dickson Iroegbu has condemned the gruesome murder of Mrs Fatima Harira Jubril and her four children in Anambra State.
Fatima who was pregnant at the time of her death was allegedly killed by Unkown gunmen.
Iroegbu in a statement sent to our correspondent charged the relevant authorities to flush out the killers of Fatima.

“The recent development in the South East is very disheartening. The Indigenous People of Nigeria condemn in its entirety, the gruesome killing of pregnant Fatima Harira Jubril and her four children. How did we get here? Who are these aliens in our land? These fifth columnists in Igboland must be flushed out. Enough of the bloodletting! Innocent people being killed? This is not part of our tradition. This is not who we are. It is not Igbo-like. The killings going on in the South East stands condemned. This evil must stop.”
Fatima, an indigene of Adamawa State by birth and Anambra State by marriage, was gunned down by “unknown gunmen recently. Her four innocent children were also mowed down in an act of terrorism.
