Imisioluwa Ayanwale, popularly known as Imisi, has emerged as the winner of Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) Season 10, walking away with the N150 million grand prize after a thrilling finale on Sunday night.
The season, which began with 29 housemates, concluded in spectacular fashion as Imisi triumphed over Precious Ashiogwu (Dede), who finished as first runner-up.
The live finale, hosted by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, featured suspenseful moments, cheers, and heartfelt reactions from both housemates and fans.
Seven housemates Kaybobo, Isabella, Mensan, Jason Jae, Sultana, Kola, and Koyin were evicted earlier in the night, setting the stage for the ultimate showdown between Imisi and Dede.
“I’m so excited. I never saw myself in the top two. I can’t even express myself. I’m overwhelmed, so happy,” said an emotional Imisi, moments before she was announced winner.
The live finale opened with music star Adekunle Gold, who thrilled the audience with a medley of hits including ‘Coco Money’ and Iyanya.
Fans inside the studio and across Nigeria erupted in celebration as Ebuka declared Imisi the winner, with social media quickly flooded with congratulatory messages and trending hashtags in her honour.
