The All Progressives Congress governorship candidate in Enugu State, Chief Uche Nnaji has embarked on a tour of the wards and local govt areas in the state.
In a statement released on social, Nnaji expressed hope that his administration will revive the coal city state.
After the tour of Enugu South LGA, he wrote:
“The thank-you visit to Enugu South LGA received a large turnout and response from the people, even as the interaction lasted late into the night. This typifies an uncommon movement of an idea whose time has come.”
At Aninri, Nnaji disclosed that “motivation was high and acceptance unprecedented, despite the challenges of navigating through the communities visited.”
He further said; “The tour to Aninri LGA was very symbolic, with renewed hopes of a better Enugu state and the presentation of an Ọfọ by one of the oldest leaders in the community; in Igbọ cosmology, it signifies authority, justice, and leadership. I am very grateful for this honor.”
