Gunmensuspected to be Fulani herdsmen on Sunday night invaded Kukum Daji in KauruLocal Government Area of Kaduna State, killing more than twenty residents ofthe area.
Our correspondentgathered that many of the residents also sustained varying degrees of injuriesarising from the shooting. The incident happened around 11pm on Sunday.
A resident of the area disclosed that the attackers were dressed in military uniform and were armed with AK47 rifles, machetes and sticks and were communicating with one another in Fulani language.
