The presidential candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has mocked his fellow mainstream presidential candidates during his campaign at Gbaramatu Kingdom in the Niger Delta region.
He described Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party as a perpetual contestant for the presidency who is always on the run and should sit down.
He also told his supporters that mentioning Peter Obi’s name, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party is a disgrace to him.
Tinubu had a recent event in Lagos state taken a swipe at the deputy governorship candidate of PDP in Lagos, Ms Funke Akindele as a disgrace whose name was not worth mentioning.
“How many times has he been running? He is always on the run and he’s tired of running. Tell him to go and sit down. Enough is enough. The other one, that one, he think na statistics is we go chop. No Indian can solve it.To mention his name is a disgrace to me sef. I won’t mention his name. Wrong arithmetic, wrong statictics, warehouse economy, that’s not what Nigeria need“ Mr Tinubu boasted.
