A young man has been prevented and rescued from committing suicide on the Lekki-Ikoyi Link Bridge in Lagos on Wednesday.

Some concerned citizens sighted the man as he tried to jump over the bridge and alerted officers of the Lekki Concession Company (LCC) on patrol who promptly responded by holding him back from attempting suicide.
