Twin brothers arrested in Abuja for alleged ATM card theft

Police operatives from FCT Police command have arrested twin brothers; Obike David and Obike Stanley for allegedly operating an ATM card theft syndicate. 

Parading the suspects before newsmen, the FCT Commissioner of Police, Benneth Igweh, said the suspects executed their plans by claiming to assist unsuspecting persons who seemed new to the operation of ATM machines.

The police boss said while at it, the suspects would allegedly swap their ATM cards and proceed to withdraw money from the accounts of their victims. 

He said that during interrogation, they freely confessed to the crime and will be charged to court at the conclusion of investigations.
