The presidential candidate of Labour Party, Mr Peter Obi has congratulated the newly nominated national women leader of the party, Mrs Dudu Manuga.
Obi conveyed his congratulatory message via his Twitter handle.
He tweeted:
“Congratulations to Mrs Dudu Manuga from Gombe State on her nomination as the National Woman Leader of our great party, Labour Party. – PO”
Mrs. Dudu Manuga is a chevening fellow in Security, Democracy and the Rule of Law.
She is the Executive Director of Responsible Citizenship and Human Development Initiative @rechding Gombe State.
She was a Special Adviser to Gombe State Governor and Director General of Gombe Enterprise Development and Promotion Agency (GEDPA) from 2016-2019.
She has worked with several organizations as Administrative and Finance Officer, researcher and consultant in various organizations such as, Partners West Africa Nigeria (PWAN), CLEEN Foundation, CIVICUS, CIRDOC, etc.
She was the first 1st elected National Women Leader of the Congress of Northern Nigeria.
