The presidential candidate of Labour Party in the 2023 presidential election, Mr Peter Obi has extended his felicitations to Donald Trump on his inauguration as the 47th president of the United States of America.
Trump whose return to the White House was greeted with both excitement and apprehension was sworn in as president on January 20th, 2025.
Mr Peter Obi took to official X handle to congratulate the 78-years-old president.
He wrote:

On behalf of my family and the Obidients Movement, I extend my warmest congratulations to President Donald J. Trump on his inauguration as the 47th President of the United States of America.
