Hon. Francis Barthlomew Chima, popularly known as OmoBarca, has called on the people of Ajeromi Ifelodun Federal Constituency to take advantage of the ongoing Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) exercise, stressing that voter registration is the foundation of meaningful participation in Nigeria’s democracy.
In a message to his constituents, OmoBarca reminded residents that their vote is both their right and their voice. He emphasized that registering to vote and turning out on election day is the only way to ensure the community’s interests are represented in government.
“For those who do not have internet access to complete online pre-registration, help is available,” OmoBarca assured. He announced that a support centre has been set up at 179 Mba Street, Oregie, Ajeromi Apapa, Lagos, open from 1st September to 30th September, Mondays to Fridays, between 9am and 3pm daily, where constituents can receive assistance with their online pre-registration process.
After completing the online process, voters are to proceed to the INEC Office on Temidire Street by Tolu Police Station, Ajeromi Apapa, for final registration and biometric capture.
OmoBarca stressed that registration is completely free, urging all eligible voters not to miss the opportunity to shape the future of their community.
“Register today, vote tomorrow, and make a difference,” he declared.
