OmoBarca defeats Hon Rita, Dr Diriwari to win PDP House of Reps ticket

Hon Francis Barthlomew Chima

Hon Francis Barthlomew Chima aka OmoBarca has been declared winner in the just concluded Peoples Democratic Party primaries for House of Representatives in Ajeromi Ifelodun Counstituency of Lagos State.

According to PDP result sheet sighted by our correspondent, OmoBarca polled 22 votes to defeat his closest rival Hon Rita Orji who got only four votes.

Another contestant Dr Diriwari Wilson garnered three votes in the keenly contested primaries that took place recently.

Supporters of OmoBarca, a well known philantropist, have been celebrating his victory with hope that he will final represent at the Lower Chamber of the National Assembly in 2023.
