You may recall that the erstwhile Chairman refused to conduct elections into the executive bodies of both the state and local governments following the expiration of their respective tenures and the Board Of Trustees of the National Association stepped in to exercise their constitutional powers upon which the interests of the general membership was restored.

The legal suit filed by the concerned elders and critical stakeholders in the state against the former chairman to recover all the Association’s belongings and accounts of stewardship would be heard by the State High Court on the 7th of February, 2024.
