The presiding bishop of Living Faith Church Worldwide aka Winners Chapel, David Oyedepo has disclosed that he stands for the peace and stability of Nigeria.
He was preaching on the forthcoming presidential election on Sunday at the church headquarters in Ota, Ogun State.
He said capacity and charcter are the requirements for becoming he president of Nigeria and not being a billionaire.
He said:
“I am for the peace and stability of Nigeria. Nigeria is not for sale. We are not an entity, we are a people. We are a people, we are not for sale. You don’t have to be a billionaire to be a president. You need capacity, you need character and we have them in every part of the country. Why do you go with your second eleven when you have the first eleven in place? You have lost the match. Lets stop hovering around the same nonsense everytime. May we never see the affliction we have seen in the last eight years again. There may not be a country again. Can this suffering continue like this till the last minute? To get cash to support some things this morning, my accountant could not get it. In Nigeria, in your country? It’s over. This week is a decisive week”
The presidential election is scheduled to hold on the 25th of February, 2023.
