Jigawa state PDP youth leader aspirant, Hon. Suleiman Aminu Raqasu, has formally resigned his membership from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), to African Democratic Congress (ADC).
In a resignation letter addressed to his Ward Chairman.
The Chairman
People’s Democratic Party (PDP)
Gabas Ward,
Kazaure, Jigawa State.
Dear Sir,
RESIGNATION FROM THE PEOPLE’S DEMOCRATIC PARTY (PDP)
I write to formally notify you of my decision to resign my membership from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) with immediate effect.
After deep reflection and wide consultation with my supporters and political associates, I have come to the conclusion that it is time for me to pursue my political aspirations on a different platform—one that aligns more closely with my principles, vision, and the expectations of the people I represent.
This decision was not taken lightly, considering the time, effort, and commitment I have invested in the PDP over the years. However, the current realities within the party, both at the local and national levels, have made it increasingly difficult for me to continue as a member.
I have therefore decided to join the African Democratic Congress (ADC), where I believe I can make a more meaningful impact and continue to contribute to the development of our people and democracy.
I sincerely thank the leadership and members of the PDP for the opportunity to serve under the party’s banner, and I wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
Yours faithfully,
Suleiman Aminu Raqasu,
Gamji, Unguwar Gabas,
Kazaure, Jigawa State.
