Imo State University graduate strangled to death by husband in Abuja

Autopsy report has confirmed that a man named Ezeagu John, a resident of Bwari in Abuja, strangled his wife, Ogechi John, to death.

The deceased visited her family in Jos shortly before she was murdered in Bwari, Abuja, in her matrimonial home in what her family are saying is a case of domestic violence.

The family of Okeke in Obowo Local Government Area of Imo State has written a petition to the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Kayode Egbetokun, to take over the probe of the murder of their daughter.

After Ezeagu John M alledgely murdered his wife, he went to hide their children from her sibling and parents. The case has now been reported to IG of Police office.

Ogechi is an optometry graduate of Imo State University and hails from Umuariam Obowo. She is a mother of five.
