An officer of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) was filmed struggling for the steering wheel of a moving car with a woman.

In the video shared online, the officer is seen sitting in the driver’s seat. A woman sitting on the passenger’s side reaches out and starts dragging for the steering wheel and the officer drags her back.
