President MUHAMMADU BUHARI via a second nationwide broadcast has dashed the hope of suffering Nigerians by extending the coronavirus lockdown by 14 days. He also increased the number of households to receive palliatives from 2.6m to 3.6m. Buhari did not address the issue of insecurity and hunger that has bedevilled Nigerians since March 20 when he announced the initial 14 days lockdown.
