Breaking: CNN reschedules interview with Peter Obi

CNN International has rescheduled interview with the Labour Party presidential candidate Mr Peter Obi.

Obi was earlier scheduled to be interviewed by CNN’s Zane Asher on the 3rd of September, 2022.

According to an announcement on Peter Obi’s verified Twitter account, the interview has now been fixed for 6th of September, 2022.

Obi has been globe trotting arround Europe and America, meeting with Nigerians in the Diaspora for Town hall meetings ahead of 2023 presidential elections. He has emerged as the most popular and accepted presidential candidate among youths in Nigeria.

Zain Ejiofor Asher born 27 August 1983 is a British Nigerian news anchor at CNN International, based in New York City. She currently anchors the network’s primetime, global news show One World with Zain Asher airing weekdays at 12pm ET. Her memoir Where The Children Take Us was published by HarperCollins in April 2022
