A 300-level female student of the Food and Science Technology Department, Aliko Dangote University of Science and Technology, Wudil, Kano, Aisha Yahaya, was found dead in her apartment located outside the school campus on April 22.

Yahaya was said to have finished her first examination during the school’s ongoing first-semester examination and retired to her room where she  was found dead. The cause of her death is yet to be ascertained but some of her colleagues claim it may be due to exam pressure.
