Actor Chikezie Uwazie is dead.
The Nollywood thespian died after a second brain surgery in the United States of America.
Chikezie relocated to the US about 10 years ago for greener pastures.
He was engaged Uber taxi business all through his life in Florida to make ends meet. He hails from Mbano Imo State. A classmate from Imo State University broke the sad news on social media.
He wrote:
“With very deep sadness, we announce the demise of our brother and friend, Godwin Chikezie Uwazie (Class of 92). He hailed from Umuaro Umunumo Ehime Mbano. He died a few days ago in the U.S. after a second brain surgery. May his soul rest in peace, Amen.”
Chikezie was married with children.
