Former governor of Imo State, Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha has urged Hon. Rita Orji to contest for the Orlu Federal constitutuency in the forthcoming 2023 general elections under the PDP.
Ihedioha made the call during a courtesy visit to Orji who was a former member of the House of Representatives in her Abuja residence. He was accompanied on the visit by Hon. Jerry Alagbaoso, a third time serving member of the House of Reps.
Hon. Rita Orji who represented Ajeromi Ifelodun constituency in Lagos State from 2015 – 2019 is a staunch member of the Peoples Democratic Party.
