Customers drag FCMB on Twitter over poor services

Frustrated customers are currently trending First City Monument Bank on Twitter over network failure, malfunctioning bank app, rude customer relations etc.

FCMB has been encountering network problems since Monday. Most customers were not able to carry out bank transactions .

The Bank’s ATM machines has also malfunctioned. Customers are having difficulty to deposit or withdraw from their bank accounts.

The bank’s management has not offered apologies or any form of explanation to placate their customers.
