Edo state governorship candidate for the All Progressive Congress, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu was today received and formally endorsed by President Muhammadu Buhari.
In company of the the ruling party’s Caretaker Committee Chairman, Mai Mala Buni, the party flag was also presented to him by Mr president at the Villa.
Ize-Iyamu spoke with state house correspondent after the brief meeting and debunked rumours that 17 members of the Edo State House of Assembly sat in his house to impeach the speaker and deputy speaker. He also tweeted about his endorsement by Buhari.
