The Nigeria Labour Congress says its strike action will continue today June 4. 

In a post shared on its X handle, the Labour union said the strike action continues until it hears from its organs at their proposed meetings scheduled for today 4th June.

The labour unions grounded economic activities nationwide on Monday, June 3 as they began a strike to demand an upgrade of the minimum wage. Some resolutions were reached during a meeting between the Labour Unions and the FG. The Labour unions are expected to meet today to determine if the strike would continue.
