The alleged Naira Abuse case against Mr Okechukwu aka Cubana Chief priest, has been struck out by the court.

 On April 17, the EFCC arraigned him before the court on a three count charge of allegedly spraying and tampering with Naira notes during a social event at the Eko hotel in Lagos. He pleaded not guilty to the charge and was granted bail in the sum of N10m with two responsible sureties in like sum each. His counsel later explored out of court settlement with the anti-graft agency.
