FOSAD mourns the death of Ohaneze Ndigbo President-General, Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu

The Forum of South-East Academic Doctors (FOSAD) expresses profound grief at the passing of the President-General of Ohaneze Ndigbo, Chief Dr. Engr. Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu. We join the entire nation, particularly the Igbo community, in mourning the loss of a remarkable leader, statesman, and advocate for the unity and progress of the South-East region.

Iwuanyanwu’s life was marked by a relentless commitment to the advancement of his people. As a visionary leader, he dedicated himself to championing the rights and welfare of the Igbo people, tirelessly working towards fostering unity, peace, and development. His tenure as President-General of Ohaneze Ndigbo was distinguished by his unwavering dedication to the cause of the Igbo nation and his profound impact on national discourse.

Iwuanyanwu’s contributions extended beyond his role in Ohaneze Ndigbo. He was a successful entrepreneur, a philanthropist, a pillar of sports and a mentor to many. His legacy in business, education, and community development will continue to inspire generations to come. His efforts in promoting education and empowerment within the South-East region have left an indelible mark that will be remembered and built upon.

FOSAD extends its deepest condolences to the Iwuanyanwu family, the leadership and members of Ohaneze Ndigbo, and all those who had the privilege of knowing and working with Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu. His death is an immeasurable loss, but his vision and accomplishments will continue to resonate and guide us in our endeavors.

As we mourn this great leader, FOSAD reaffirms its commitment to upholding the values and aspirations that Iwuanyanwu stood for. We pledge to continue working towards the development and progress of the South-East region, in honor of his memory and legacy.

May his soul rest in peace, and may his family find solace in the knowledge that his contributions to society will never be forgotten.
