Activist and legal practitioner, Deji Adeyanju, has warned people against having sex with a drunk person.
He warned that no matter how much pressure a drunk person asserts, one should never give in to their sexual demands.
According to him, when such a person becomes sober, they might interpret such sexual activity as rape.
His post reads:
‘’Don’t ever have sex with a drunk person no matter how much pressure they put on you to do so. When they become sober in the morning; they might turn it to rape. Let me just give you the free legal advice. A drunk person is not capable of giving consent for sex.”
