The Coalition of Southern Nigeria Youth Groups for Asiwaju 2027 (COSONYGA-2027) has commended the President for his bold and transformative leadership over the past two years, as Nigeria marks the second anniversary of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration.
In a statement released by Rt. Hon. Rikki Nwajiofor, Executive Director of COSONYGA-2027, the group praised President Tinubu for his courage in making critical national decisions aimed at repositioning Nigeria for sustainable growth and development.
“It’s been two years of taking the bull by the horn — making hard but necessary decisions for the betterment of our great nation. These are the kind of steps only a great leader without a political godfather can take,” the statement read.
Describing President Tinubu as the “Asiwaju Worldwide,” the group expressed strong support for his administration and reaffirmed its commitment to his 2027 re-election bid.
“May God continue to use you to reposition our dear nation. Remain strengthened, Your Excellency — COSONYGA-2027 is solidly behind you,” Nwajiofor added.
The statement concluded with a call for national unity and divine intervention in Nigeria’s affairs: “May Nigeria succeed.”
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, was sworn in on May 29, 2023. His administration has focused on economic reforms, infrastructure development, youth empowerment, and restoring global confidence in Nigeria’s leadership.
COSONYGA-2027 is a youth-driven political advocacy group mobilizing support for President Tinubu’s 2027 re-election bid, especially across Southern Nigeria and the diaspora.
